I am a self pay/fee for service telehealth provider licensed in Illinois and New Jersey
I treat adults ages 18 and over
I offer morning and afternoon virtual only sessions Tues, Wednesday, Thursdays

I am not in network with insurance plans as I am an out of network insurance provider. 

Many clients are able to use out of network insurance coverage to pay for treatment.

I can give you a receipt called a superbill to submit to your insurance company.
